Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PMPosition Overview
Sonicare Solutions is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping/Receiving Inventory Specialist to assist with daily warehouse and inventory operations. The ideal candidate is organized, works with a sense of urgency, and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, sort, and organize incoming and outgoing inventory
- Stock and stack products in designated areas
- Pull, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Load and organize outgoing shipments
- Verify inventory and shipments for accuracy
- Review and process invoices and Bills of Lading (BOLs)
- Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records
- Assist with general inventory and warehouse organization
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding orders and shipments
Qualifications:
- Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred
- Experience working with invoices and Bills of LadingStrong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work efficiently with a sense of urgency
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team#WPB
