National Wholesale Mortgage Growth Leader

Bank of Hope is seeking a National Sales Manager for the Wholesale Mortgage Channel to drive loan originations and build a robust wholesale organization. The role requires a broad network of mortgage brokers and senior sales leadership experience across the U.S. and a strong grasp of compliance and operations. You will lead a wholesale account executive team, partner with IT/Encompass teams, recruit and train staff, and ensure timely closings while meeting production goals.
