Business Development & Operations Manager

What You'll Do: Identify and develop new business opportunities within pipeline construction, maintenance, repair, and replacement projects. Build and maintain relationships with owner/operators, EPCs, contractors, and government agencies. Leverage existing industry contacts to create opportunities across the Gulf Coast market. Support estimating, project planning, and operational execution as needed. Serve as a key liaison between customers and field operations. Help drive growth across marine construction, pipeline services, and civil infrastructure projects. Collaborate with leadership to develop market strategies and expand customer relationships.

Ideal Experience: Business development, account management, operations management, or project management experience. Strong network within the Gulf Coast energy, marine, pipeline, or civil construction markets. Understanding of pipeline maintenance, repair, replacement, and construction projects.
