FITNESS CENTER ASSOCIATE (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)

Location: WWE Fitness Center - 707 Washington Blvd, 6th Floor, Stamford, CT 06901 Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full time and part time schedules; Morning Shift: 6:00 AM - 11:00 AM, Evening Shift: 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM, and additional early morning and other coverage opportunities may be available based on operational needs. Requirement: Prior fitness and hospitality experience is needed.

Pay Range: $20.00 per hour to $22.00 per hour.

Position Summary: The WWE Fitness Center is seeking a reliable, friendly, and customer-focused Fitness Center Associate to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, takes pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and can work independently while following established procedures. Fitness industry experience is required. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic, professionalism, and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities: Welcome members and guests and assist with check-in and check-out procedures Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive member experience Monitor the fitness center to ensure a safe, clean, and organized environment Perform light cleaning and equipment organization throughout the facility Follow all facility policies, procedures, and safety guidelines Communicate effectively with management regarding operational concerns Assist with opening and closing procedures as assigned

Qualifications: Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor Ability to perform light cleaning and lifting as needed Previous experience in hospitality, recreation, fitness, customer service, or front desk operations is required
