Responsibilities: Our Production Associates receive extensive on the job training to perform the following responsibilities:
  • Manufacture, finish, inspect and pack ceramic cores
  • Operate production machines and manufacturing equipment according to standard operating procedures
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects and daily accountability meetings
  • Cross train in various operational areas
