What you’ll do:
• Provide psychiatric assessments, diagnosis, medication management, and treatment planning• Support evidence-based psychiatric practices across community behavioral health programs• Provide clinical consultation and support to other psychiatric providers• Help orient and support new NPs during their first several months• Precept and support NP students and new graduate psychiatric providers• Assist with escalation pathways, case consultations, refill coverage, and clinical support• Work collaboratively with clinical and administrative leadership What they’re looking for:✔️ Active NYS PMHNP license✔️ Active DEA✔️ Strong psychiatric clinical experience✔️ Comfortable supporting newer providers and students✔️ Ability to work 2 days onsite in NYC
