Project Manager - Telecom Expense Management & Financial Analysis

Key Responsibilities: Audit wireless and wired telecom invoices, usage, and carrier charges to identify discrepancies and overbilling. Reconcile large mobile device inventories against wireless carrier records and investigate discrepancies. Generate ServiceNow reports and dashboards to monitor telecom assets, usage, and expenses. Analyze zero-usage reports and identify opportunities to reduce unnecessary telecom spending. Prepare budget forecasts, expense reports, and financial analyses. Track actual expenses against budgets, forecasts, and contract funding. Develop reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and ServiceNow. Identify spending trends, investigate budget variances, and recommend cost-saving opportunities. Communicate findings and financial insights to leadership. Improve reporting, reconciliation, and expense management processes.

Required Qualifications: Strong experience in Telecom Expense Management, including carrier invoice auditing and wireless/wired usage analysis. Experience with ServiceNow reporting, dashboards, and asset records. Strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking. Experience analyzing large datasets, financial reports, and telecom billing information. Knowledge of wireless/mobile services and telecom carrier operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, Power BI, and Microsoft Office. Experience with PeopleSoft is preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently, manage high-volume data, and meet tight deadlines. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics is preferred.

Work Location Requirement: This is a fully onsite position at New York, NY. Candidates must be willing and able to report onsite. Remote and hybrid arrangements are not available.
