We are looking for a motivated full-time Sales Associate for our Castle Rock store location. DCF is Colorado's premier indoor shooting range, gun store, gunsmithing shop, and source for firearm training and education. Whether you're a seasoned professional or a brand-new shooter, DCF has everything you need for a great day on the range and/or shopping. We've raised the bar when it comes to outfitting customers for the shooting sports, making us truly A Higher Caliber of Service.
Job Summary:
Provides customer service, drives sales, and resolves issues by offering solutions, explanations and options.
General Responsibilities:
- Provides customers' information about products or services, takes or enters orders, or obtains details of complaints.
- Assists customers in identifying and purchasing firearms and firearms related accessories and training
- Ensures full customer satisfaction and maintains a friendly, helpful demeanor.
- Ensures proper documentation and processing of firearms and related articles according to federal regulations.
- Creates strategies to ensure company profitability is maintained and goals are met.
- Identifies and prioritizes problems and issues related to service area.
- Maintains close contact with customer to give updates on progress toward resolution of issue or service requests.
- Ensures that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
- Refers unresolved customer issues to designated departments.
- Keeps records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
- The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
Job Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: 1-3 years of related experience
Flexibility: Willingness and ability to work longer shifts as required based on the needs of the store. Transportation: Reliable transportation daily

DCF Guns is an EEO employer*This is a full-time position, 4 days on/3 days off, and usually includes evenings and weekends. Pay is hourly plus commissions. Must have reliable transportation. Must submit to a background check.
