Merchandiser

Essential Functions: Expand distribution of our products in new and existing accounts by performing cooler resets, warm set resets, and by building displays. Reset schedules will be provided by the Branch Manager on a daily basis. Place POS materials and display racks throughout assigned territories. All pack-outs must include accurate and proper pricing. All resets must be accompanied with a before and after picture. Assume other responsibilities and perform special functions as may be assigned by immediate supervisor. Assist in the coordination and set up special events in assigned territories. Review and identify competitive activity. Other duties may be assigned, as needed or required.

Qualifications & Skills: Proven success in merchandising Ability to maintain strategic working relationships with distributors and accounts. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail oriented, self-starter, multi-tasker Excellent analytical and organizational skills Ability to adapt quickly and effortlessly with change Solid experience in Merchandising Must have a valid driver's licenseBS Degree preferred Supervisory Responsibility: No direct supports

Work Environment: Portable

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk. The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds.
