Senior IAM & Access Security Analyst Hybrid

UC San Diego Health is seeking a Sr. User Security & Access Analyst to lead advanced identity and access management initiatives. You will provide expert direction on Sail Point, Okta, and Epic security, while refining provisioning workflows, role-based access, and governance across enterprise apps. You will mentor junior staff, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to strategic security posture improvements on a hybrid schedule at our San Diego campus.
