Software Systems Engineer – Lead - DLA HRM Remote / Telecommute Jobs

Job Summary: B&A is seeking a Software Systems Engineer – Lead to support the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Human Resources Management (HRM) Applications Information Technology (IT) Sustainment Support effort. This is an off-site position with periodic support for meetings at HQ DLA facility. Salary Range: $120,000–$200,000 annually. The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed above. Actual compensation will depend on qualifications, relevant experience, certifications, security clearance requirements, contract funding, and other applicable factors. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Location: Remote.

Note: The primary place of performance will be at the contractor's place of performance and/or Off-Site. Personnel shall be available to periodically support meetings at one of the following DLA sites: Dayton, OH; Columbus, OH; Tracy, CA; New Cumberland, PA; Richmond, VA; Battle Creek, MI; or Philadelphia, PA.

Responsibilities: Provide top-level technical expertise in software systems programming and analysis; design architectures covering software, hardware and communications; ensure compliance with DoD/open-system standards; develop system designs; lead technical staff; review quality and evaluate software products.

Education and Experience: At least Ten (10) years of relevant experience. Experience with business intelligence platforms, analytics, data modeling, and dashboard design. Experience implementing modern security solutions, such as Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM)

Required Certifications: Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.

Security Clearance / Investigation: Active Secret clearance, adjudicated within the last five (5) years Physical & Work Environment Requirements:
