Develops retail strategy, oversees gift shop and eCommerce, and ensures brand alignment. Acts as primary buyer, manages vendor relationships, and compliance. Responsible for retail P&L, sales forecasts, and inventory. Collaborates with stakeholders to enhance guest experience. Manages personnel, SOPs, loss prevention, inventory, cash management, merchandising, and customer service. What You Can Expect Responsible for comprehensive leadership and management of retail operations, ensuring smooth daily operations and compliance and troubleshooting operational issues. Supervises the retail team, develops training plans and standard operating procedures, creates staffing schedules, and conducts performance evaluations. Develops financial reports and utilizes analytics for informed decision-making. Manages vendor relationships, drives financial accountability, and oversees purchasing and inventory management. Provides exceptional customer service, supporting visitor experience initiatives, sales, collaboration with the brand and consumer partners.
What You Bring to the Table:
Minimum of 12 years of experience in maintenance and mechanical operations leadership roles within manufacturing or industrial environments. Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices, preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and reliability engineering. Proven ability to develop and implement effective maintenance strategies and programs. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control costs, and allocate resources effectively. Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.
