Mover - $18/hr + Tips

What You'll Do: Load and unload trucks, handling every item with care. Pad, wrap, and secure furniture and valuables using blankets, dollies, and straps. Work shoulder-to-shoulder with your crew to keep the move smooth and on schedule. Treat customers and their homes with respect - courteous, professional, and careful. Take care of the equipment so it's ready for the next job. Follow the safety steps that keep you and the crew injury-free.

What We're Looking For: The stamina and capability for physical work (please read before applying)Lift and carry 25-75 lbs on your own, and team-lift items over 75 lbs. Stay on your feet, walking and climbing stairs, for up to 8-12 hours. Go up and down truck ramps, stairs and loading docks repeatedly while carrying weight. Work on uneven ground, in tight spaces, and outdoors in heat and rain. Bend, squat, kneel, twist, and reach overhead throughout the day. Keep your footing and balance while carrying an item you may not be able to see over. Reliability - you show up on time, ready to work. A team-first attitude and clear communication. Respect and professionalism in customers' homes and businesses. Moving or manual-labor experience is a plus, but not required - we'll train you. Able to pass a drug test and background check. What You Get Starts at $18/hour, paid weekly, with raises up to $20/hour as you gain experience. Tips - and they add up fast. Gym membership reimbursement.
