MedCadre is hiring: Laboratory Technician / Technologist in Montana

Responsibilities: Receive, identify, and prepare patient specimens for testing. Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests according to established procedures. Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment. Analyze and verify test results for accuracy. Perform quality control procedures and document results. Identify and report abnormal or critical results as required. Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation. Monitor inventory and ensure adequate laboratory supplies. Follow laboratory safety, infection control, and regulatory standards. Collaborate with laboratory staff and other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field. MLT, MT, MLS, or equivalent certification as applicable to the role and state requirements. Previous clinical laboratory experience preferred. Knowledge of laboratory testing procedures, quality control, and safety practices. Strong attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills.
