🚨 HIRING: Project Manager – Land Development📍 Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL💼 Employment: Full-Time🏗️ Industry: Civil Engineering / Land Development / Real Estate Development We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager – Land Development to join a growing Civil Engineering team in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for a civil engineering professional with experience in land development, site design, drainage, stormwater, permitting, and project coordination.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate civil engineering & land development projects
- Review preliminary and final site plans and construction documents
- Support hydrology, hydraulics, drainage, and stormwater studies
- Prepare engineering reports, calculations, and technical documentation
- Support permitting and regulatory submissions
- Provide construction-related engineering support
- Prepare/review quantity estimates
- Coordinate with clients, production teams, and project stakeholders
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineering staff
- Help ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards🔹 Ideal Candidate
- Civil engineering and land development experience
- Strong understanding of site development principles
- Experience with site plans and construction documents
- Knowledge of hydrology, hydraulics, drainage & stormwater systems
- Experience with permitting and construction support
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and related engineering software
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills💰 Compensation
