- Sales Counter Parts Person Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position$ 15.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Weekend work required
- First Shift (Monday through Saturday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and every third Saturday 9am-2pmGreet customers promptly and provide professional, courteous service.
- Look up automotive parts accurately using the dealership's computer system.
- Assist customers with identifying, selecting, and purchasing the correct parts.
- Answer questions about parts availability, pricing, and order status.
- Process counter sales and maintain accurate transaction information.
- Keep the front counter area organized and presentable.
- Communicate effectively with customers and dealership team members.
- Sales Counter Parts Person Qualifications:
- Comfortable using a computer and learning parts-lookup software.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Professional, welcoming, and helpful manner.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to look up information accurately.
- Dependable and able to work the full schedule, including every third Saturday.
- Automotive parts or dealership experience is a strong plus, but not required.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
