Shift: MondayFriday, 8:00am5:00pm | 4:00pm-12:30am (OT is mandatory when required)

Pay: $16-17/hr (Based on the shift)

Position Overview: We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Packaging Technicians to support daily warehouse and production operations. This position is responsible for packaging products according to company standards, ensuring quality and accuracy, preparing shipments, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and assisting with various warehouse functions as needed.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities: Package products according to company and customer specifications. Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and proper labeling before packaging. Prepare finished goods for shipment, including packing, labeling, and palletizing. Operate packaging equipment and related warehouse machinery safely. Maintain accurate records of packaged products and completed work. Ensure packaging materials and supplies are stocked and readily available. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Assist with inventory counts and report discrepancies when identified. Support other warehouse and production functions as needed to meet operational demands.

Qualifications & Requirements: Previous warehouse, order picking, packing, distribution, or fulfillment experience preferred. Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems is a plus. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting productivity standards. Must be dependable, punctual, and maintain excellent attendance. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Must wear closed-toe shoes and comply with all warehouse safety policies. Reliable transportation required.
