The Vermont Department of Public Service seeks a Director of Finance & Economics to lead financial and economic analyses supporting utility regulation and rate-setting decisions. Key qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, economics, or related field Five or more years of experience in finance and/or economics in a regulated operating environment One or more years of supervisory experience Deep knowledge of utility cost-of-service principles and financial accounting Strong understanding of micro and macroeconomic principles in utility regulation Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to present complex technical information
