Homeowner Equity Advisor

Splitero is hiring a Homeowner Advisor to educate homeowners on our Home Equity Investment product and guide them from inquiry to funding. You will conduct outbound calls, build trust, and manage a high‐volume pipeline in a startup environment. The role offers an uncapped commissions plan and on‐target earnings of $122,000 per year (including a $50,000 base) with overtime potential up to 10 hours per week. You will work with a collaborative team and adhere to mortgage industry best practices.
