Key responsibilities:
Lead, develop, and mentor a team of payroll tax professionals, fostering accountability and continuous improvement
Oversee all payroll tax filings, payments, and compliance activities for legal entities across the U.S. and Canada
Serve as the primary contact for regulatory agencies regarding payroll tax audits and compliance matters
Required qualifications:
10+ years of progressive payroll tax experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of U.S. and Canadian payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements
Experience managing complex payroll tax operations in large, multi-state organizations
Demonstrated success in leading teams and driving organizational change
Expert level computer skills including Excel, Word, and MS Outlook
