Real Estate Branch Manager - $60K-$80K + Bonus (15720)

RESPONSIBILITIES: Proactively identify, attract, and recruit top-producing, experienced agents and high-potential new talent. Drive agent retention and foster an empowering, results-driven sales culture. Coach agents and guide them through complex real estate transactions. Develop and execute strategic growth plans to increase revenue and strengthen branch performance. Oversee daily office operations and maintain strict legal and ethical compliance.

COMPENSATION: $60,000 to $80,000 plus bonus.
