Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative

Engage with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to understand their insurance needs Offer a range of GEICO products that match the client's requirements, highlighting benefits and features in both English and another specified language Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets while maintaining adherence to GEICO's policies and guidelines Assist in creating and adapting sales strategies to cater to a diverse clientele Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism, using bilingual skills to ensure clear communication Proficient in both English and at least one other language (Spanish preferred) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals Proven sales acumen with a customer-first approach Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Sales Certification (e.g., Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP) or similar) is a plus Training in customer service management
