Director of Treasury

Location: Pekin, Illinois (relocation assistance is available)

We’re seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Treasury to lead enterprise-wide liquidity management, optimize cash flow, and strengthen financial operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead daily treasury operations and transactions Manage and mentor treasury team members Oversee liquidity strategy and short‑term investment initiatives Maintain and enhance banking and investment manager relationships Collaborate with the CFO on investment portfolio oversight Forecast cash flow and prepare weekly reporting packages Negotiate banking services and fees Implement new technologies to streamline treasury operations Ensure compliance with internal controls and treasury policies Qualifications

Required: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business 8+ years of relevant experience 5+ years in a leadership role Previous experience working in the Insurance or Financial Services industry
