Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, knowledgeable service. Assist customers in selecting pet food, treats, toys, supplies, and other products. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor. Operate the cash register and process purchases accurately. Help maintain a safe, clean environment for customers, employees, and animals. Handle customer questions and concerns professionally. Work as part of a small, supportive team and assist with other store duties as needed.
Qualifications:
MUST BE 18 Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required. Genuine love and appreciation for animals. Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with customers. Reliable, responsible, and willing to work as part of a team. The ideal candidate is someone who loves animals, enjoys helping people, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a small family-owned business.
