Key Responsibilities: Conduct individual, couples, family, and group counseling sessions via telehealth, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities that best fit each client's situation. Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, setting specific, measurable goals to track client progress effectively. Facilitate skill-building workshops or webinars to help clients develop coping mechanisms and life skills that promote mental well-being. Document each client engagement accurately and confidentially in our secure electronic health records system, maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate holistic care for clients. Patient Population / Client FocusYour primary focus will be on clients experiencing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and stress-related disorders. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse populations, embracing cultural sensitivity and understanding to create an inclusive therapeutic environment. Additionally, you will be responsible for tailoring your approach to meet the needs of different age groups, from adolescents to seniors, ensuring that each client feels understood and supported.

Qualifications: A Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required for this position. You must possess an active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as you will need to convey complex concepts clearly and empathetically to clients. Familiarity with telehealth technologies and electronic health record systems is preferred, allowing you to efficiently manage client interactions. Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, adapting quickly to the evolving needs of clients and the organization.

Preferred Experience: Previous experience in a telehealth setting or familiarity with providing virtual counseling services is highly desirable. Experience working with culturally diverse populations, demonstrating an understanding of cultural variations in mental health perception and treatment. Compensation and Benefits: The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
