Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately compound, fill, and label prescriptions for inpatient and outpatient care.
- Manage pharmacy inventory, and restock department supplies.
- Collaborate with veterinarians and vet techs to anticipate medication needs.
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards within the pharmacy area.
- Manage blood, urine, and cytology samples. Prepare samples that are going to the outside laboratory.
- Analysis and complete testing for samples that will be performed in hospital
- Update patient records with results for accuracy
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience as a pharmacy or laboratory technician (veterinary or human healthcare setting).Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
A compassionate, team-first attitude and great communication skills.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical calculations and inventory control.

Hourly Pay: $19.00-26.00/hour depending on experience
