About the Role: The Company is seeking a Vice President of Product Design to lead the redefinition of the sports app experience. The successful candidate will be a design leader with a hands-on, opinionated approach, and a deep passion for sports. This role is pivotal in shaping the product vision and prototyping the future, with a focus on creating working prototypes and concepts that demonstrate the next-generation sports app. The VP of Product Design will be a strategic voice in product direction, bringing data-backed insights to the table and ensuring that design has a significant impact on the business. Day-to-day responsibilities include craft leadership, staying involved in the design process, and leading the transformation of the design practice to be AI-native. The role also involves building and managing a design organization, fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams, and being part of the leadership team at the company. Experience in leading a design team through a significant change, particularly in the context of AI tooling and workflow, is essential.
