About the Position: The Project Coordinator (PC) plays a critical role in supporting successful project delivery by bringing structure, process discipline, and operational efficiency to project teams. This position partners closely with Project Managers to ensure documentation compliance, communication accuracy, and project organization throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, highly organized, eager to learn, and committed to continuous improvement. This individual will help drive projects forward, coordinate resources, maintain project documentation, and contribute directly to exceptional customer experiences.
What You Will Do: Coordinate project schedules, resources, and administrative activities to support successful project execution. Maintain project documentation, including schedules, project folders, work breakdown structures (WBS), and other project artifacts. Facilitate project meetings in partnership with Project Managers and ensure accurate communication between stakeholders. Guide projects through various phases under the direction of the Project Manager and independently manage assigned project tasks. Lead project closeout activities and ensure all required documentation is completed and organized. Coordinate travel arrangements and resource scheduling for project teams when required. Assist Project Managers with operational activities, problem-solving, and customer communications to ensure a positive client experience.
What We’re Looking For:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • PMI certifications and/or project management training preferred.1+ years of industry experience.1+ years of project management or project coordination experience.
  • Experience working with Quality Assurance plans or programs.
  • Experience using Microsoft Teams and other collaboration tools.
  • Experience coordinating activities across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
