Remote GTM Strategy & Cross-Functional Programs Lead

Zillow Group is seeking a Senior Strategic GTM Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs within the Agent Go-to-Market organization. This role requires bringing structure to ambiguity, keeping stakeholders aligned, and driving initiatives from framing through delivery with momentum. You will work with senior leadership and cross-functional partners across Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Preferred to build the operating rigor that scales the GTM function.
