Aviation Underwriting Specialist - Hybrid/Remote

IAT Insurance Group seeks an Aviation Underwriting Specialist to evaluate significant aviation and general liability cases and build their own book of business. The role supports hybrid work with in-office Mon-Wed and optional remote Thursdays/Fridays, located in Plano TX or other listed locations, with remote consideration for the right candidate. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in underwriting in aviation and GL, strong quantitative and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel up to 25%.
