Apply for this role →📍 California-based | Contract / Independent Contractor We're looking for a Reporting and Data Validation Lead to ensure oversight reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics are accurate and audit-ready on a State of California contract oversight engagement.
What you'll do:
- Define reporting requirements and data elements for contract oversight
- Validate vendor-submitted data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Perform QA reviews of dashboards and automated reports
- Identify reporting gaps and trends, and document findings for leadership
What you'll need:
- 3+ years in reporting, data validation, metric tracking, or dashboard development
- Strong analytical skills — able to spot gaps, errors, and inconsistencies in datasets
- Must be based in California
- Experience validating data across multiple vendors/systems or working within an ERP reporting environment is a plus
