Residential Estimator | $70,000-$85,000

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate estimates for residential projects, including materials, labor, and overhead. Collaborate with project managers and contractors to develop project budgets. Analyze blueprints and specifications to determine project requirements. Assess and evaluate bid proposals from subcontractors and suppliers. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction costs, methods, and materials. Communicate effectively with clients to clarify project details and requirements. Assist in the preparation of project timelines and schedules.

Qualifications: Proven experience as a residential estimator or similar role in the construction industry. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs. Proficient in estimation software. Excellent analytical and mathematical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
