Project Sales Engineer

What You’ll Do: • Develop new business and expand relationships with existing customers• Meet directly with owners, contractors, engineers, and facility leaders• Evaluate facilities, operational challenges, budgets, and project requirements• Develop HVAC and mechanical construction solutions around customer needs• Prepare estimates, pricing, proposals, and presentations• Own opportunities from initial conversation through negotiation and contract award• Collaborate with operations, engineering, estimating, and field teams to develop winning solutions• Support smooth project transitions while maintaining strong customer relationships What We’re Looking For• 5+ years of experience in HVAC, mechanical construction, estimating, project development, project sales, or a related technical field• Commercial or industrial HVAC/mechanical construction sales experience preferred• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, mechanical construction, and estimating• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and construction documents• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, or a related field preferred; equivalent industry experience considered This is a strong opportunity for someone who can combine mechanical expertise with a business-development mindset.
