Senior Optical Metrology Scientist for Semiconductors

Nova Measuring Instruments is seeking an Application Scientist to support growth in the semiconductor optical metrology space. You will engage with customers to develop high-value applications, apply robust statistical techniques, and support new product introduction and evaluation activities (beta, head-to-head). You will collaborate with global teams, plan measurement programs, and train customers on-site and remotely, while staying current with industry trends and technologies in metrology.
