Assembly Operator - 1st Shift

Location: Denton, TX 76207

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour, based on experience Weekly Pay

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

Shift: 1st Shift

Employment Type: Full-Time Temp-to-Hire Overtime: Required as needed, including occasional 12-hour shifts and weekends

What You'll Be Doing: Assemble pre-cut wooden components into finished cable reels Use hand tools and measuring devices to complete assembly work Follow work instructions and production specifications Weigh, label, and tag finished products for shipment Apply grease to reels for waterproof protection Inspect completed products for quality and accuracy Move and handle materials throughout the production area Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Assist with additional production and warehouse duties as needed What You'll Need to Succeed Minimum 1 year of manufacturing, assembly, production, or warehouse experience Experience using basic hand tools and measuring devices Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions Strong attention to detail and product quality Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift Comfortable working in a labor-intensive, non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to work required overtime, including extended shifts and weekends Work Environment &
