Auto Service Advisor — White-Glove Customer Care & Diagnostics

Jenkins ACURA of Ocala is seeking a Service Advisor to be the primary contact for automotive service and repair matters. You will listen to customers, understand issues, coordinate diagnosis, and set expectations with customers and technicians to ensure timely, quality service. The ideal candidate holds an unrestricted driver's license, a clean driving record, strong mechanical aptitude, and automotive training with ASE certification (or willingness to obtain).
