We are looking for a skilled Painter to join our production team and contribute to our reputation for superior quality and precision.

Position Summary: The Painter will be responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing a variety of materials, including acrylics, PVC, wood, and aluminum. This role requires experience with paint sprayers and a strong eye for detail to ensure all products meet our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and set up materials (acrylics, PVC, wood, aluminum) for painting Use HVLP gravity-fed paint sprayers and acrylic polyurethane paints in a cross-draft booth Sand and clean materials before painting when required Maintain cleanliness of the paint booth and surrounding work areas Clean, maintain, and store all painting tools and equipment properly Monitor and order paint supplies as needed Follow company safety protocols and quality control procedures

Requirements: Painting experience is required (industrial, automotive, or furniture finishing preferred)Proficient in using HVLP sprayers, sanders, drills, and other basic tools Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Basic math and measurement skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe workspace
