Job Duties:
Operate extrusion, mixing, and recycling machinery Load raw materials into equipment Monitor machine performance and production output Mix materials according to production specifications Sort and process recyclable materials Perform routine quality inspections Maintain equipment cleanliness and assist with basic machine maintenance Follow all safety and production procedures
Requirements:
Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred Mechanical aptitude is a plus Ability to perform physically demanding work Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Strong work ethic and reliable attendance Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
