Chief, Pediatric Rheumatology: Growth & Impact Lead

Key Responsibilities: Lead the strategic direction, growth, and operational oversight of the Pediatric Rheumatology Division Recruit, mentor and evaluate physicians and advanced practice providers Participate in departmental leadership meetings and hospital initiatives Develop and implement policies, clinical pathways and performance improvement plans Provide expert diagnosis and management of pediatric patients with rheumatic diseases Oversee inpatient and outpatient rheumatology services Foster multidisciplinary collaboration with other pediatric subspecialists, nursing, rehabilitation and social services
