Apply for this role →Business Central Solution Architect Remote (USA) |Up to $150,000 + Bonus | Direct HireAbout the Role A well-established Microsoft Dynamics Partner is looking for an experienced Business Central Solution Architect to lead end-to-end solution design across a growing portfolio of client implementations. This is a senior, client-facing role for someone who can own the technical vision from discovery through go-live and act as the trusted advisor for complex BC engagements.
About the Client:
Our client is a Microsoft Dynamics Partner with a strong track record delivering Business Central implementations across mid-market and enterprise clients. They offer a collaborative, senior-heavy delivery team, a healthy pipeline of interesting projects, and genuine investment in staying current with the platform's evolving capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead solution design and architecture across new Business Central implementations and upgrades
- Translate client business requirements into scalable, supportable BC solutions
- Own technical decision-making across integrations, extensions, and data migration strategy
- Provide architectural oversight and mentorship to functional and technical consultants on delivery teams
- Act as a senior escalation point for complex technical and design challenges
- Partner with sales and pre-sales teams on scoping, estimation, and solution proposals
- Ensure delivered solutions align with Microsoft best practices and upgrade-friendly design principles
- What You'll BringProven experience architecting Business Central solutions across multiple full-lifecycle implementations
- Strong grasp of BC extensions (AL), integration patterns, and upgrade/migration strategy
- Comfortable owning solution design conversations directly with client stakeholders
- Experience within a Microsoft Dynamics Partner or consulting environment strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Power Platform and broader Microsoft ecosystem a plus
- Excellent communication skills and comfort operating as a senior, trusted advisor
- Based in the USA and able to work remotely with occasional client travel as needed
- Compensation & Location
This is a fully remote position open to candidates based anywhere in the USA. Compensation is up to $150,000 base plus bonus, commensurate with experience.
