Technical Designer - Sleepwear

The Role: Run model fittings and provide feedback on fit, construction, and garment execution. Oversee the sample process from initial development through TOP, keeping approvals and key milestones on schedule. Build accurate specifications and technical packages using design sketches, prototypes, and reference samples. Partner with Design and Product Development to evaluate silhouettes, construction details, measurements, and overall garment execution. Maintain visibility into the sample calendar and proactively manage priorities and deadlines. Review, assess, and sign off on pre-production samples. Develop fit specifications across a variety of product categories. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the Technical Design team. Build strong working relationships with vendors and manufacturing partners to resolve fit and production issues.

What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of experience in Technical Design within the apparel industry. Degree or formal training in Technical Design, Pattern Making, or a related field preferred. A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to take ownership of projects from start to finish. Excellent organizational skills and a meticulous eye for detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines. Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across teams.
