Strategically seat guests to optimize dining room flow and server sections
Maintain accurate wait times and communicate clearly with guests
Escort guests to tables and present menus as appropriate
Communicate effectively with servers, management, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
Monitor dining room pace and adjust seating to maintain optimal guest experience
Handle guest inquiries and special requests with discretion and attention to detail
Maintain a pristine and organized host stand and entrance area
Thank guests upon departure and invite them to return
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous host/hostess or front-of-house experience in fine dining or upscale casual preferred
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Commitment to providing elevated guest service and hospitality
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
