We're looking for an experienced, dependable floor manager to help keep service running smoothly and make sure every guest has a great experience. If you love hospitality, stay calm under pressure, and know how to support a team while keeping the floor humming, we'd love to meet you.must have experiencemust be available weekendsResponsibilities: ADMIN:Staff Schedule (one FM) Payroll (other FM) Operating Square / Updating Square Menus/ Assisting with Square issuesAccepting deliveries (baldor, wine, amazon) Ensuring we are DOH readyOrdering suppliesEdit menus (indesign), print menusUpdating by the glass docOrganizing by the glass boxes and shelvesGeneral organization (cellar, corridor, bar shelves)SERVICE:Leading Pre Shift OpeningManaging/Overseeing serviceAssigning sectionsDelegating tasksMaking sure staff are on track to openMaking sure staff are doing what they're supposed to doServing a small sectionCutting staff at the appropriate timesHelp mitigate/resolve any questions OR staff conflicts professionally and responsiblyCall services for emergencies (plumbing, Auto-Chlor, etc.)Relay any issues with service/staff to GM.PAYAdmin Hourly: starting $25 Service Hourly: starting $22/hrPoints in Tip Pool: 1PAID TIME OFF1 week (cannot conflict with other manager s PTO) In effect after 3 months
