Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities: (40%) Equipment Implementation & Injection Molding Process Improvement Lead the implementation of new and replacement equipment, including robotics, conveyors, and assembly systems Own troubleshooting and resolution of complex manufacturing issues, with a focus on injection molding processes and tooling performance Evaluate and improve molding processes, tooling, materials, and plant layouts Drive safety improvements across equipment and processes Train operations and maintenance teams on new equipment and process changes(25%) Project Management & Capital Execution Develop business cases, secure approvals, and lead capital projects from concept through startup Manage project scope, budget, timelines, and resources Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Safety, and Finance Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of equipment and process improvements(15%) Productivity & Continuous Improvement Identify and implement opportunities to improve throughput, quality, and efficiency Introduce and scale new manufacturing technologies, including automation Drive labor efficiency improvements through process optimization and tooling enhancements(10%) New Product Introduction (NPI) & R&D Support Support development of manufacturing processes for new products, with a focus on design for manufacturability in injection molding Create and maintain manufacturing documentation and standards Partner with Finance to ensure accurate product costing(10%)

Day-to-Day: Manufacturing Support Provide hands-on engineering support for production issues and downtime reduction Partner with maintenance and operations to improve equipment reliability and performance
