Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
Employment Type: Full-time | Contract | 20262027 School Year
Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week (onsite)
Job Description: We are seeking an SLP or SLPA to provide speech and language services to students across K12 grade levels in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This full-time opportunity is at one school location and offers the opportunity to collaborate with a supportive school team. Supervision is provided for qualified SLPA candidates.
Qualifications:
  • Valid Pennsylvania SLP or SLPA license
  • Experience working with K12 students preferred
  • Strong knowledge of speech, language, and communication needs
  • Ability to develop and implement appropriate therapy strategies
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
  • Provide speech and language services to K12 students
  • Conduct assessments and support individualized service planning as applicable
  • Develop and implement appropriate therapy strategies
  • Monitor and document student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers
  • Participate in student support and IEP meetings as applicable
  • Maintain accurate service documentation
