Missions Under the direct authority of the head of the Sustainable Constructions and Accessibility Office in the SHC Service composed of 20 agents divided into three offices under the authority of a service head and an assistant. Offices include: Habitat Improvement Office (AH), Sustainable Constructions and Accessibility Office (CDA), and Social Housing Office (LS). The CDA office consists of 5 agents, two in accessibility and three in sustainable construction. Your missions will include: - Centralizing and coordinating control missions for the SHC service (CRC, POLHI, ANAH, LLS, accessibility) and ensuring follow-up - Exercising assistance to master of work missions on behalf of state projects; - Participating in the programming of major maintenance works for state buildings; - Managing the procedures of POLHI office works; - Contributing to the implementation of public policies on construction - Supporting as needed the reference agents in their construction rules level 2 (on-site) controls - Representing the Departmental Director of Territories in safety and fire accessibility sub-committees, in programmed control visits and openings - Support and assistance to other missions on construction quality and accessibility - Support and assistance if necessary to service missions and at the request of management Profile Sought Technical skills in the field of building and construction - desirable Knowledge of construction regulation and legal matters related to control - desirable but possibility of acquisition through training Organization, rigor, synthesis spirit, curiosity Ability to be a force of proposal, communicate, work in a team and report Permis B required
