This role ensures timely, accurate, and transparent information that reflects the city of Sedona's values, promotes public trust, and supports departmental priorities. The PIO develops strategic communication plans, manages social media outreach, manages internal communications, and coordinates messaging for programs, public safety initiatives, and critical incidents.
