This position is focused on leading an established showroom operation rather than developing new business. Support builder customers utilizing the showroom Qualifications: Ideal Candidate Minimum 5 years of cabinet industry experience Previous showroom management experience Experience managing approximately 36 salespeople Budget ownership experience Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities Proven sales management background Base Salary $95,000-$120,000, depending on experience Incentive Compensation 0.25% override on showroom sales Eligible to earn normal salesperson commissions on personally generated sales High-performing managers can realistically earn $200,000+ annually by growing their markets and maximizing showroom performance
