Sr Litigation Paralegal

Pay rate: $55 - $75 per hour (DOE) + benefits.

About the Company: Grellas Shah LLP is a founder-focused law firm of roughly 20 employees, dedicated to strategic representation in business litigation, commercial disputes, founder disputes, intellectual property, trade secret, securities, employment, and regulatory matters throughout San Francisco, Silicon Valley, and California.

Role Overview: Our growing litigation practice is seeking an experienced paralegal to join the team! What You’ll Do: Manage cases from intake through potential trial and resolution. Manage e-filings and manual filings in state and federal courts. Coordinate and manage document productions; discovery, including large volume eDiscovery. Track deadlines and ensure compliance with Federal and California court rules, also referred to as calendaring. Independently prepare, format, and edit legal documents such as pleadings, discovery, correspondence, including TOA/TOCCoordinate experts and expert discovery Assist with cite-checking and legal research as needed. Pre-trial preparation (binders, exhibits, filings)Appropriately communicate with clients, experts and court personnel

What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate required.5+ years of commercial litigation paralegal experience Strong knowledge of Federal and California court procedures Familiarity with ESI and eDiscovery Highly organized with attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly preferred familiarity with: Clio, Net Documents, Law Tool Box Must be available for overtime work as needed. Must be flexible on hybrid schedule to adapt as needed.
