In this role, you will: Manage a team of applied scientists to deliver scalable and robust machine learning and data science solutions to pricing and monetization with engineering rigor. Architect solutions, review models and provide necessary technical guidance. Dissect business problems into digestible solutions. Follow company strategic directions and align with stakeholders on goals and roadmaps. Set the team vision, design roadmap and manage the execution to deliver outstanding results. Hire, mentor and grow the team. Collaborate with other applied science, analytics and data engineering teams to build a great data culture in EG.

Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $277,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
